Orders once confirmed by us will be processed based on the lead time mentioned in the product description.
We do not take responsibility of delivery of the orders if the address mentioned is wrong or the pincode of the address is not mentioned accurately. It is mandatory to mention correct pincode of the area & contact number of the recipient. If any of the above are not provided or provided incorrectly, we do not take responsibility of timely delivery of the order or order not delivered at all. In such cases, the amount received from you will not be returned.
For remote locations & towns, no time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained.

We take responsibility only until the order is dispatched within the lead time provided. We cannot commit exact date of delivery for the orders as the products are dispatched through courier.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Once confirmed by us, the order will not be cancelled if the customer and only exchange is allowed subject to conditions given below:


Exchange will be done in the following case:

• Genuine sizing issues, only for unused products. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
• Genuine quality issues, subject to customer informing us within 24 hours of receiving the same.
• In case we discover that a wrong item has been delivered to you.



If the placed order has returned back or not delivered for reasons such as

• Wrong address
• Recipient has rejected the order for any reason
• Recipient premises is locked

the order amount will not be refunded to the buyer under any circumstances

Refund will be done in the following conditions:

1) Product is lost in transit/and or wrong product is dispatched and the alternate similar product is not available in the stock, subject to the conditions mentioned.

2) In case, we discover any mispricing in our online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE

To exchange a Product, please follow the below mentioned steps:

1). Call at +91-141-3133711,+91-141-2705146 between Monday to Saturday Between 10:00AM to 6:00 PM or mail us at support@aashigifts.com for Exchange approval within 24 hours of receipt of ordered Product.

2). Pack the merchandise as you received it with all packaging and tags intact, and deliver it back to us within 3 days of receipt at your cost and expenses at the address provide below. If the product ordered is defective or has quality issues, we shall arrange for a pickup at our cost as long as the pickup is within India.

3). For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your return is lost in transit. We shall not be responsible for any losses on account of transit or for any reason whatsoever.

4). In case of exchange product of the same design and for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional Delivery or handling costs will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/ or payment been received
For all the cancelled orders, if the payment is already received by us, we shall initiate a refund of the Full Amount if the fault is at our end. However, if the order is cancelled because of any reason whatsoever that is not because of our fault, you are liable to pay cancellation charges depending on the transaction amount & product ordered.

Return Address

Please send your package including the return form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help and ensure a safe documented delivery. Make sure that your name, address and phone # are included.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding your return within (7) business days. Any unauthorized, uninsured, improperly packed package will be returned to sender within 3 days of receipt. Items that show signs of wear or have been used, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Refunds on purchases shall only be credited to the same credit card.
